These terms and conditions are a draft and should be legally reviewed before publication.
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to enquiries, advice, test rides, services, partner discussions and future accessory or product offers from ExoRide.
2. Advice and test rides
Test rides allow you to get to know the Exoquad and better assess its personal suitability. A test ride does not create any obligation to buy.
3. Appointments and cancellations
Appointments are arranged individually. If you cannot attend, please cancel as early as possible. ExoRide may reschedule appointments for organisational, technical or weather-related reasons.
4. Offers and prices
Offers are non-binding unless expressly stated as binding in writing. Prices are quoted in CHF unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Products, accessories and individual solutions
Accessories and individual solutions are offered only where available and technically suitable. Individual 3D-printed solutions may require checks regarding use, load capacity and compatibility.
6. Delivery and payment
Delivery, handover, payment methods and timescales are agreed individually. ExoRide serves customers in Switzerland, Austria and Liechtenstein.
7. Retention of title
Delivered products remain the property of ExoRide until payment in full, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Statutory warranty, manufacturer’s warranty and service
Statutory and manufacturer’s warranty claims are governed by legal requirements and the respective manufacturer’s terms. Service and repair requests are assessed and coordinated individually.
9. Returns and withdrawal
Returns or withdrawal apply only where required by law or expressly agreed. Online sales to customers in Austria or the EU should be reviewed separately.
10. Liability
ExoRide is liable only to the extent mandatorily required by law. Use of the Exoquad requires instruction, personal suitability and responsible use.
11. Vision for mountain regions
Rental in mountain regions is not currently available to book. It is a vision that is being explored.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies unless mandatory consumer protection provisions take precedence. To the extent permitted by law, jurisdiction lies at the registered office of ExoRide GmbH in Switzerland.
